I just have to say that after receiving over 200 emails and messages in the first 48 hours after the conference, I am filled with so much emotion. Women who attended, women who wished they had made it, and women who are ready to sign up for our next one… so incredible! It has been a hard season in my family with death and sickness but you all were definitely a light I needed. Thank you! I have attended many conferences and never thought to send a follow-up to the host of the event to thank them. The fact that you have taught me to be doing this, thank you! I am learning every day. I believe there are many factors that go into receiving so much gratitude and I am going to list some of these in no particular order because it was the curation of all of these together that made it a great event. Each and every speaker shook with tears in my arms when I hugged them afterward. They knew in their heart, they became vulnerable and confident in unison to give you some strength, confidence, and tactical tools to take to your business. They made it very special and worked effortlessly to make you feel special down to the color of the pen on the table to match the flowers, to match the quotes. The big things like registration, working with the hotel that was not up to speed with tech, and did everything conference related with paper. A conference is never anyone's full-time job, it is a project that gets added to all the other things they are doing with the expectation to perform a miracle, a beautiful miracle. Oh and after you get it all planned out, can you also work extra hours to get really ahead to be present for three days. It was incredible. Thank you. Train Your Team to be Leaders, Hire Only the Best of the Best, and learn from your team daily. Often as a manager, we think we have all the answers, but we never do. Our team really has much to teach us and let them know how thankful you are for them. It is a skill set that most of us do not have the attention span for and let them lead with their beautiful gifts. You the guests. Your optimistic attitude, you showing up BIG every day, and being engaged. You were not on your phone, you were engaged and showing attention. I have been to many conferences where more people are in the hall on the phone than in the room. You committed to you and it brought more energy than I could ever imagine. You helped the woman on either side of you by showing up and being fully there. You did that! It is important to know your values and attract those people to you! I love teaching this in coaching and you were proof it works. The more you share who you are and your true values, that is the type of person you attract around you and I love each and every one of you!
