MEET DAVID
I am Dave Hilger and currently hold positions as a Career Coach and Growth Leader. I am a certified coach through Case Western Reserve University. I have extensive experience as a business coach and also in coaching youth sports. I am passionate about using my knowledge and experience to help people achieve their maximum potential.
Throughout my career, I held executive roles with large corporations. This involved recruiting, training, strategizing, and coaching teams to record-breaking results. While I have enjoyed many aspects of business, I have always loved coaching people to achieve their desired results.
I will use my unique blend of experience to help you achieve your goals. This will involve identifying your current level of success as a baseline. I then walk you through a strategic process of identifying exactly what you intend to achieve and what success looks like to you.
