Lori McCaghren is a mortgage industry veteran and leader whose career spans over 25 years. In fact, she's never worked in another profession after finding her calling in the mortgage industry in the mid-90's.   Since that time, Lori has held roles in wholesale, retail and builder business channels in both operations and sales, and found success in a wide variety of markets.  In her tenure, Lori has helped over 3000 families become homeowners.

 

Lori is a multi-year award winner in customer service and production, earning President's Club over a dozen times.  As a manager, Lori fell completely in love with coaching, finding joy and fulfillment in helping others grow and succeed.   At her core, Lori is an encourager and cheerleader for hope, humanity and collaboration.  As a developer and strategic thinker, she uses her super powers to follow the process from start to finish, taking a global approach to sales.  One thing she takes pride in is having diverse referral sources, as she finds value in relationship building and believes her success is attributed to her amazing clients and referral partners.  Lori is grateful for the opportunity to share her experiences, passions and story in hopes that she can help others find the same fulfillment in this industry.
