After decades of leading nationally ranked teams, building thriving businesses, and mentoring high-performing professionals, founder Cyndi Garza felt called to create a coaching company that could transform the lives and careers of others. Her passion for helping people define their own version of success and execute with confidence laid the foundation for a firm built on authenticity, accountability, and proven systems. What began as Cyndi’s vision has grown into a powerful platform that empowers individuals, entrepreneurs, and organizations to reach higher, grow stronger, and achieve more than they ever thought possible.
When industry-leading coach and corporate strategist Dave Hilger joined Optimized Success, the mission expanded even further. With over 30 years of executive leadership, a nationally ranked sales career, and formal coaching certification from Case Western Reserve University, Dave brought a high-impact, results-driven coaching style shaped by learning from some of the most respected leaders in the country. His ability to connect with professionals at every level—paired with Cyndi’s entrepreneurial expertise and transformational coaching framework—has created a uniquely balanced and powerhouse coaching team. Cyndi Garza is the founder and CEO of Optimized Success and Mortgage Girlfriends and it is her passion to help people maximize their success in business as well as their personal lives.
Over the course of her career, Cyndi has held senior leadership positions with national companies, recruited and trained all of her teams to be number one in the nation, and created a tried-and-true strategy for business-building.
While achieving success in her personal career, she discovered her passion for business ownership and coaching, and thus Optimized Success was born so that she can share her years of knowledge and experience. Her goal as a business coach is to help her clients define their version of success, build upon their strengths, and equip them with a detailed strategy that will help them achieve their goals.
