He specializes in helping leadership teams identify gaps in execution, sharpen decision-making, and install practical frameworks that turn strategy into results. As a Five Facets of Business™ Certified Operator, he leverages the Five Facets framework to give leaders clear visibility into what’s actually taking place inside their business — and the confidence to focus on what matters most.
